Personal Bio: As a former director in the health care industry, I understand the demands of finding the balance between career, family life, and self-care.  Over the years of working towards finding that balance for myself, the deep and meaningful experience I felt when helping others, particularly women, was so fulfilling and overwhelming that I left my corporate career to focus on creating personalize pathways for individuals to incorporate physical activity and balanced eating winin their day-to-day lives.  My focus is working side by side with people to help create personalize exercise routines and healthy eating plans that will help them create sustainable behaviors over their lifetime.  I believe that change and comfort don’t exist in the same realm so I do push my clients out of their comfort zone.  My training method incorporates weights, supersets, & high intensity intervals. My training philosophy focuses on progression both physically and mentally: “The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be”
